FIELD: biotechnology, protein preparing. SUBSTANCE: method involves the addition of 1-2 vol.% monohydric or polyhedral alcohol, toluene, or glycerol, or lydaza solution, or lysozyme, or rhonidaza, or enzyme mixture with above indicated organic solvents to the whole lysed blood of slaughtering animals. After 35-40 min incubation of solution with above indicated components at 10-30 C, pH adjusting to 3.0-3.5 0.5-1% solution of carboxymethylcellulose is added to it followed by hemin sorption at above indicated temperature for 35-40 min. Then the precipitated deposit is separated by centrifugation, obtained protein is dried in sublimation or spraying dryer. Product can be used in food industry.
