FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, obtaining of fish caviar type pelleted food product, as well as medicine preparation pellets. SUBSTANCE: automatic apparatus has basic component mixture storage vessel, mixture supplying device, drop former, pellet forming device, pellet separator-accumulator connected in series with pellet forming device, and forming liquid supply device. All devices mentioned are connected to form single electric circuit with central control panel. Apparatus is further provided with forming liquid level stabilizer having capillary pipe whose lower end is communicated with bent portion of discharge pipeline in its upper part and upper end is leveled with feeding chute upper edge. Side wall of chute is provided with forming liquid inlet channel and forming liquid surface cleaning channel diametrically opposed to forming liquid inlet channel. Both channels are axially aligned with feeding chute. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
