FIELD: food-processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology etc. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel for storage of basic mixture, flexible pipes, thermal chamber for accommodating vessel, granulator and drive. Granulator has feeding vessels mounted in rotary receptacles of planetary mechanism positioned for rotation about vertical axis. Each feeding vessel has upper and lower vessels communicated via drain pipe. Cooling member is positioned in upper vessel of each feeding vessel. Each feeding vessel is connected to rotation drive independently of any other vessel. Granulator has spinnerets mechanically connected to vibrator. Apparatus of such construction may be used for producing artificial caviar, medicinal drugs, capsulated cell cultures and other products.
