FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical processes, particularly, to devices for granulation of materials. Plant for production of granulated mixtures of paraffins and waxes includes a reactor connected by means of the melt transfer means with the accumulator tank of the granulator, which is connected to the granulator with rods located above the reservoir with the water flow installed above the mesh conveyor equipped with a drying agent and connected to the device for final treatment of the formed granules. Each rod in its middle part is made with recess of variable cross-section. Container with water flow is made in form of chute with beads, at the bottom of which transverse webs-protrusions are installed to form turbulent water flow. Finishing device is made in the form of rotating container arranged at an angle of α1 from 5° to 15° to vertical, inside which blades are installed, at that, in lower container end there is a mesh tip.
EFFECT: claimed invention increases amount and quality of formed granules, particularly their purity, shape and size, as well as increases efficiency of plant as a whole by increasing rate of formation of granules, shorter cooling time of formed granules and their hydroscopicity, as well as shorter time for their final processing.
