FIELD: waste water disposal systems and industries where flowing phase requires homogenization, dispersion and preparation. SUBSTANCE: device for transportation, grinding and mixing of materials containing solid substances or without such substances has housing 2 with end of shaft 3 fitted in housing, inlet hole 5 located opposite to shaft and at least one outlet hole 7 located at right angle to axis 6 of shaft, rotor 4 fitted on end of shaft as far as inlet hole, stator 8 with cylindrical wall of toothed members 9 installed in housing, and discharge slot 16 located between inner wall of housing and stator periphery. Novelty in design of device is that stator toothed members 9 are made in form of separate racks 10 arranged close to each other with slot clearance 13 in between. Racks are held on corresponding end faces of stator cylinder by means of two fixing rings 11. Rings have blades 12 on periphery. Thickness of blades in circumferential direction defines values of slot clearance 13 between toothed racks 10. Rotor has teeth and it is installed for engagement with rack teeth. Size of slot clearance 13 between toothed racks and size of discharge slot 16 are selected to provide passing of material to outlet hole 7. Blades on fixing ring 11 can be located on portion of perimeter, and toothed racks 10 on other portion of perimeter of fixing ring in this case are arranged without clearance relative to each other. Toothed rack can be made in form of two-member part consisting of toothed and base portions. Wear-resistant toothed part can be soldered with base part. Toothed part can be connected with base part by threaded joint. Discharge slot 16 can be continuously widened over circumference in working direction towards outlet hole 7. All toothed racks 10 of stator 8 can have slot clearance 13 to adjacent toothed racks. Rotor toothed rim can be made in form of replaceable toothed part. Toothed portion of rotor to other portion of rotor. Replaceable toothed part can be screwed to rotor. Slot clearance 13 between toothed part can be screwed to rotor. Slot clearance 13 between toothed racks 10 of stator 8, and distances between teeth of stator and rotor can be equal. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 11 cl, 7 dwg
