FIELD: small-section continuous mechant rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: a receiving zone of a cooler of a merchant rolling mill includes a delivery roller table and a system for cross motion of rolled stock, having a row of sections. Each section of the system includes two movable valves (a main one and an additional one) with an intermediate wall between them. Working surfaces of movable valves and the intermediate wall are inclined relative to an output side by an angle, being more than a friction angle of hot rolled piece along their working surfaces. Rollers of the delivery roller table are inclined to the same side. According to direction of the manufacturing process after the movable valve a stationary chute with a walking rack is placed. An output side of the movable valves and the intermediate walls of each section are provided by limiting protrusions, whose working surface are flush relative to the working surfaces of the above mentioned valves and the wall. An input side of the intermediate wall, subsequent movable valve and the stationary chute are provided by recesses, corresponding to the above mentioned protrusions. In a plan view the recesses are equidistant relative to the protrusions and arranged with a guaranteed gap between them. The small-section rolled angles are being fed along the roller table on the receiving zone of the cooler of the merchant rolling mill. With the aid of two movable valves and the intermediate wall the rolled piece is being transmitted on the stationary cchute, along which with use of the walking racks of the cross motion sections, it is being fed to an output side of the cooler. Using of the limiting protrusions at the output side of the valves and of the intermediate wall, the protrusions have working surfaces flush relative to the working surfaces of these valves and the wall, and of corresponding to these protrusions the equidistant recesses, placed with guaranteed gap between them at the input side of the wall of the valve and the chute, prevents jamming of rolled angle flanges in gaps between the movable valves and the intermediate wall and also between the valve and the chute. EFFECT: lowered production process losses at rolling angles in merchant rolling mills. 1 cl, 2 dwg
