FIELD: metallurgy, namely rolling, drawing and descaling of rolled stock. SUBSTANCE: apparatus, having an auger mechanism for forcing abrasive powder and a flow-through opening for transporting rolled stock, being descaled, is in the form of two successively arranged sections, mounted in the same housing. Each section is provided by a charging hopper for abrasive powder, a compaction chamber and the auger being a coiled spring for forcing the abrasive powder into the compaction chamber. A drive sleeve, common for both sections and arranged between them, has ends, stationarily connected with the coiled springs of augers of both sections. The sleeve being builtup along it, has two parts, driven and driving ones, mutually connected by a limit torque coupling. The driven part of the sleeve is joined with the auger of second section along a transportation direction of the rolled stock being descaled. EFFECT: enhanced structure of the apparatus. 2 cl, 2 dwg
