FIELD: alumina production, aluminate solution desilication in particular. SUBSTANCE: desilication of aluminate solution is exercise by its heating, steam-lifting mixing in autoclaves with contact steam-lifters to produce pulp and to feed it self evaporation. 20 - 90 % of pulp is fed for self-evaporation. 10 - 80 % of pulp before selfevaporation is subjected to concentration by evaporation in autoclave with surface steam-lifting. Aggregate for desilication of aluminate solution has heater, autoclaves with contact steam-lifts and self-evaporator. It is additionally provided with autoclave with surface steam-lift, three pipelines and regulator. Heater is mounted over first autoclave. Regulator is mounted on one of pipelines. Last autoclave with contact steam-lift is connected with by pipeline with regulator and self-evaporator. Autoclave with surface steam-lift is located between last autoclave with contact steam-lift and self-evaporator and is linked with them by two pipelines. EFFECT: increased productivity. 2 cl, 1 dwg
