FIELD: alumina production; bauxite leaching. SUBSTANCE: autoclave plant includes autoclave, bubbler, condenser, steam pipe with steam external source, crossover pipelines connecting lower part of previous autoclave with upper part of next autoclave. Plant has the first autoclave with condenser located above it and bubbler immersed to under pulp level; one autoclave with surface steam lift connected by steam pipe with steam external source and by steam pipe with bubbler of the first autoclave; autoclaves connected by steam pipes with condenser. In this case, autoclave with surface steam lift is installed between autoclaves connected by steam pipes with condenser and provided with crossover pipelines. The latter are connected with steam pipes from autoclave with surface steam lift at level of bubbler. Connected to one autoclave are, at least, two surface steam lifts. Installed inside autoclave with surface steam lift is box with holes whose diameter amounts up to 0.9-0.3 diameter of heating tubes of surface steam lift. Steam pipe connecting autoclave with surface steam lift of bubbler is also connected with external steam consumer. EFFECT: intensified process of leaching and boiling down. 4 cl, 1 dwg
