FIELD: quantitative analysis; oil industry. SUBSTANCE: method concludes in separating different types of metalporphyrenes into separate fractions directly from object tested due to chromatographic separation on columns filled with aerosylogels (sylochromes). Fractions got are separated onto stitched polystyrene hydrophobic gel with fractioning interval of about 1000; benzene is used as eluent. Volume of sample of swollen gel is used in amount of 0.625-0.125. Gel relates to initial object as 30-40 ml/g. Contents of nickel and vanadylporpherene are calculate from absorption spectra of fractions got. EFFECT: improved precision.
