FIELD: medicine, reconstructive-plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should substitute deficiency in mammary gland tissues by fragment of the broadest muscle of back upon vascular pedicle. Additionally, one should use fragment of large thoracic muscle. Moreover, external part of large thoracic muscle should be dissected from the site of its fixation towards humeral caput, replaced into area of defect to suture its edge with that of fragment of the broadest muscle of back. Desired form is made for single autotransplant to remove deficiency in mammary gland tissues in desired volume, at large defects, as well. EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction. 1 ex
