FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic shock wave emitter mounted on cylindric surface, membrane adjacent to it, reflector mounted coaxially with the emitter axis and contact-type chamber for liquid. The reflector working surface has the form of a cone formed by a parabola. The electromagnetic shock wave emitter is multi-sectioned with each section containing flat spiral spool. The spools in different section are connectable with one or several high voltage power sources. The membrane has separated members of cylindric surface, each member is mounted in front of the corresponding section of the emitter. Introscope probe is mounted along the emitter axis. The chamber for liquid has flexible membrane. EFFECT: improved adjustment quality; lower load in the emitter. 2 cl, 3 dwg
