The unclosed rest has two arcs with holes movably and fixedly mounted on a strip with holes coupled with those of the arcs. The connecting members are mounted on the rests by means of cantilever attachments. A closed rest has two semirings facing each other with their open sides which ends are bent outside and extended in parallel to each other. The arcs are movably and fixedly connected with each other.
