FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for transosseous osteosynthesis of hip joints in cats and dogs consists of honey-connected supporting elements, supports in the form of cylindrical beams, fastening pins, bolts and nuts and transosseous elements in the form of transosseous rods, pins, fixing elements in the form of U-shaped brackets, connecting monoblocks, support elements in the form of sector of 3/4 of a ring, an arc, a ring and a plank with a curved end. On the flat surface of sector 3/4 of the ring, arc, ring there are uniformly spaced tear-drop-shaped holes, of which the drop-shaped holes, located diametrically opposite on the mutually perpendicular axes of the elements, are made with a larger diameter in relation to the rest of the drop-shaped holes, and above each such hole there is a smooth extension in the form of a protrusion. U-shaped brackets are made with a threaded hole in the bridge, holes on each leg and a threaded hole on one of the legs. Connecting monoblock is made in the form of a tetrahedral elongated prism with axial threaded holes on the ends and having one smooth round hole arranged on the lateral sides with an offset. In each round hole there is a wedge-shaped groove, the top of the wedge of which is directed to the centre of the prism.
EFFECT: invention provides stability of fixation of pelvic bones in dogs and cats of different weight category, reduced restrictions in treatment of injuries and pathologies of hip joints, reduced time of installation.
