SUBSTANCE: device has upper rest for supporting upper part of shoulder made in form of arc 1 and for supporting lower part of shoulder made in form of clamp 2 with elongated parallel ends bound one with another by means of connection members made in form of threaded rods 10. Arc 1 has middle part 3 and two lateral parts 4 and 5 fixed on the ends of middle part 3 and mounted to be rotatable with respect to their fixing points 6 and 7. Holes 8 are made in the end parts of lateral parts 4 and 5. Needles 9 are fixed in the holes 8 of lateral parts 4 and 5 and holes of lower part 2.
