FIELD: rescue facilities applicable in fire fighting. SUBSTANCE: rescue facility has holder with webs 8 and 9, and brake cylindrical member 6 for embracing with endless rope 13. Member 7 is made in form of plate and serves for separation of rope branches and suspension of holder from support. For this purpose, member 7 has holes 10 and 11 for location of snap hooks. Wedge shaped recess 12 made in this plate serves for fixing the rope. Rope is made of heat-resistant material with protective braiding with diameter of woven ends not in excess of 1.5 diameters of rope. Cylindrical brake member equals 8-12 diameters. Distance between holder webs and plate 7 of suspension is not less than the diameter of rope ends weave. Rescue facility has also rescue bindings and grips of rope. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 dwg
