PLANT FOR BAND MATERIAL DEGREASING Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic converters 1 are built into the plant for ultrasonic cleaning of band materials displaced in bath with working liquid along guideways fastened on bearing frame. Gas bubbles are inserted locally for intensification of cleaning process. Besides, the plant has fixture for fastening the foil roll, baths for foil degreasing and washing, drying cabinet and drive. Cleaning is fulfilled by magnetostrictive emitters. Foil charge through roller system is carried outside of bath during hoisting of tape-transport device which represents itself system of rollers with movable plate for hoisting and lowering the rolls into baths for degreasing and washing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of band charge at initial moment and exclusion of nonproductive losses of band, enhanced quality of cleaning the moving band from fatty, mechanical and other technological impurities.
