FIELD: production of laminated plastics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mechanism of material feeding layer by layer, two-band press with heated drums. Press has located between bands reaction zone with means of package of layers heating and moulding. In the case one or both bands of the press in zone of reverse branch are provided with means for its heating, made in the form of plate with heat conducting members, mounted in it so as to be capable to contact its idle side and also with means to apply resin, that are made in the form of measuring out in doses roller or extruder with slot-type head. In the case, moulding bands as a version are wound up additional drums with formation of equilateral or right-angled triangle, that has reaction zone in clearance between the bands.
