FIELD: heat treatment of products in vacuum with decreased pressure of active gases and these fore with lowered gas saturation of products. SUBSTANCE: vacuum installation has a heating chamber, an evacuating pump system, a system for feeding inert gas, a system for controlling heating process. A sealed container for products, being treated, is mounted in addition in the heating chamber. The container is connected with the system for feeding inert gas. The container is connected with the heating chamber through a branch pipe for exhausting gases, in which an electromagnetic sorption trap is arranged. The system for feeding inert gas includes a unit for metered cyclic feeding of inert gas into a gas cylinder, a pressure regulator, pressure gages, an accumulator, an apparatus for chemical purifying. The unit for metered cyclic feeding of inert gas has a metering bottle, electropneumatic valves, a board for controlling leaking of inert gas, a time relay or a clock device, such as timer, a vacuummeter. EFFECT: lowered partial pressure of active gases, decreased gas saturation of products and small size of the installation. 2 dwg
