FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: vibration shoe has hollow case. Cylinder with a pocket and horizontal cylindrical cavity is installed in the case. The cavity is overlapped with a disc with pocket. Shaft, toothed wheel and shaft debalance are installed in the pocket. Shaft debalance is made in the form of sleeve with eccentric layered circle. Inlet tangential passage is originated in the cylinder. The passage is used to open case cavity from top to cylinder cavity, and axial outlet passage to outer space. A nozzle is installed in tangential passage. The nozzle is oriented to the wheel towards area of pitch circle of teeth. Eccentric hole is originated in the disc. Lateral hole is originated in the case opposite cylindrical cavity. Vibration shoe generates hydraulic pulsations, lengthwise and crosswise vibrations of casing string and acoustic field being distributed along casing string, as well as activate cement solution.
