FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow case. The case is related to thickened pipe and hollow guide plug. Cylinder is placed concentrically inside the case. Cylindrical cavity, inlet tangential passage to cylindrical cavity, outlet axial passage and lateral passage of cylindrical cavity are originated in the cylinder. Besides two through openings for pins are originated in lengthwise plane of the cylinder to fasten axle on them in cylindrical cavity. Member to open, close axial and lateral passages enabling to rotate is placed on the axle. It is made in the form of petal. Both sides of the cylindrical cavity are overlapped with nuts with conical openings. Radial openings are originated in the case opposite nut openings and lateral passage of the cylinder. The cylinder is used as generator of hydraulic pulses. EFFECT: improved cementing quality. 5 dwg
