FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device operates by periodically delivering sample from mixing cell to a tube rigidly fixed in transducer of measuring super high frequency installation by means of automatic sampling automatic sampling unit. The device has installation 1 for performing dielectric measurements in super high frequency range and measuring tube 3 placed into the gage (resonator unit) 2 of the installation. Newly developed in the device, is mixing cell 4 being cylindric polyethylene cuvette with magnetic mixer 5, unit 10 for automatically collecting sample with syringe 11, two electromagnets 13, control unit 16 for checking syringe piston path, unit for washing and blowing-through the tube with interreplaceable balloons 9 for supplying liquid and gas.
