FIELD: automatic control systems. SUBSTANCE: device has two piezoelectric oscillators which pushing rods are bent to sides which are opposite to field of individual rotors. Rolling members (balls) are located between rotors and are connected to output shaft through separating disk. When high-frequency voltage is supplied to one oscillator, corresponding rotor starts its rotation in some direction and leads rotation of rolling members which start rotation of output shaft. When both oscillators are started simultaneously, rotation speed of rotor is algebraic average of rotation speed of rotors. Another claim of invention describes design in which rotors are connected to output shaft in alternating order through friction members. EFFECT: increased range of rotation speed. 2 cl, 8 dwg
