SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free drink includes (by 100 dal of drink) aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Melissa citric, 5.5-7 l; apple juice, 400 l; sugar, 45 kg; carbonic acid, 4 kg; water, the balance. It is advisable to use Melissa infusion at the period not more 3-5 days after preparation. The drink has Chinese rose aroma while none of its ingredients has it.
