SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of duodenum peptic ulcer complicated with stenosis includes skeletization of the lesser curvature of the stomach with subsequent gastro-fundoplication in which seromuscular sutures are applied by departing from deserosized areas of the lesser curvature of the stomach in direction of the stomach greater curvature at angle of 35 deg. In so doing, the spleen upper pole serves as the reference point, and the stomach is reduced to form triangle fold facing the esophagus. Operation also includes the selective proximal vagotomy and Holl duodenoplasty. EFFECT: prevented evacuation disorders following the selective proximal vagotomy. 2 dwg
