FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has one inductor at least which has to be short-circuited secondary winding of transformer. Winding is made is form of profiled loop with random shape of nonferrous electric-conducting ribbon. Ribbon has at least one closed conductor. External non-working part of the ribbon does not touch skin cover of patient and has adjacent ferromagnetic ribbon layer. As a result, thermal and magnet contacts are provided simultaneously. EFFECT: improved electric safety; reduced specific consumption of electric energy. 3 dwg
