SUBSTANCE: the center has hollow one-piece body 1, metal perforated tube 3 installed in the cavity with evenly spaced inclined holes 4 on the side surface for the discharge of gases with an angle of inclination within 40 to 60 deg to the vertical axis, and side lower cut-out 5, ceramic tubes 6 positioned in the tube, and free-flowing filler 7 used for packing the gap between the ceramic tubes and metal pipe. Body 1 in the lower part has side hole 8 used for removal of free-flowing filler, and half-flanges with cut-outs for fastening member positioned on the opposite sides. Side hole 8 of body 1 accommodates closing device 11 made as a shutter with a movable cotter pin. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cast ingots and saving of refractory products. 2 cl, 3 dwg
