FIELD: cartage; pull tests. SUBSTANCE: running rocker has frame with two wheel attachment units at two side bent ends. Connected to each attachment unit from inside is post connected with shaft. Each shaft is connected with inner and outer struts in one place to form butt-joint unit. Each shaft is connected with bent end of frame at place of its connection with wheel by means of outer strut. Inner strut connects shaft and post of one attachment unit. Frame with seat, shafts, struts, posts and wheels are made of hybrid composite nonmetallic material based on continuous carbon, glass and/or organoplastic filler and polymeric matrix.
