FIELD: construction of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: system has filter 1, yoke 4, and members for fastening the filter. Filter 1 is spread out above pipe line 3 before laying the pipe line in trench 2 and the part of the filter on the bottom segment of the slope is formed as a funnel. The neck is secured to pipe line 3 by way of yoke 4 and additional weights or anchors 6. The filter is filled to form a funnel on segment "A" using supports or arcs. Ground water flows down the slope and then through pores of the cloth of filter 1. Soil does not move over the slope being consolidated on segment "A". EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
