FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: pipe line 1 is laid out on surface 2 of frozen soil along the submerging axis and submerged into the soil up to a given depth using a submerging means. Weights constructed as cloths 5 filled with soil 3 and secured to the pipe line through metal frame 4 and force collars 6 and 7 is used as the submerging means. For defrosting the frozen soil, heated gas is pumped through pipe line 1. When soil 8 has been defrosted, pipe line is submerged into the defrosted soil under the action of the weights. EFFECT: simplified method. 3 cl, 2 dwg
