FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: neutrophils were isolated from venous blood of patient and granulocytes amount with receptors to Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin class G and CZ-component of complement were determined. Cell percent showing positive reaction to membrane oxidases and absorbing bacteria is determined additionally. Active neutrophils sum per 100 cells is calculated. Chronic myeloleukosis, true polycytemia and subleukemic myelosis were diagnosed at decrease, increase and constant value of this index, respectively. EFFECT: increased precision of differential diagnosis.
