FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: container has upper ands lower bushings perforated at ends so that holes are uniformly distributed over them, and heat-transfer tubes fixed in them; upper tube is provided with nozzle and communicates with jacket and further with adapter. Sector cavity is made at adapter end with two holes receiving tubes one of which is brought inside jacket and its end is secured in a spaced relation to upper end of upper bushing; other tube is brought inside jacket and communicates with nozzle. Other end of nozzle is connected to tube brought outside; adapter is connected to head provided with valve through which liquid is drained down to tube lower end level. EFFECT: provision for preventing liquid overflow during self-heating. 8 cl, 11 dwg
