FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making two cuts at a distance equal to graft length on lateral tubular bone walls on each of the opposite sides with respect to the bone fragment to be cut off to form the graft. Two penetrated transverse canals to introduce flexible cutting instrument are produced by using drill through each pair of cuts. The bone area is cut in turn on four sides. This way, longitudinal excised bone region is formed under the skin equal in width to that of cortical plate and in length to the bone defect length that is used to produce graft by augmenting the amount of bone mass. To do it, the bone region is fixed in external fixation device and movement of region treated with osteotome is to be done in the peripheral direction. The arising diastasis is substituted in this way with newly formed bone tissue. after The sufficient quantity of bone mass being produced, parietal osteotomy is carried out to separate the graft for substituting the bone defect available. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of osteoplasty operation.
