FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics and involves distraction osteosynthesis and angle correction of damaged bone. Preserved longer fragment of damaged bone is cut up in the midline along intramedullary canal in length 3 to 5 cm, while the cut segment is cut off with a lateral notch. Spongy substance of opened canal is removed with a chisel thus forming a longitudinal groove. Longitudinal square cavity is formed in intramedullary canal of a short fragment of damaged bone. Segmental defect is replaced with autogenous bone from tibial crest treated as a profiled rod matched with anatomic form of the replaced segmental forearm bone defect and with treated end faces of its fragments. Longer fragment of damaged bone and autogenous bone are ligatured.
EFFECT: method provides restoration of bone axis, its anatomic length, relations in radioulnar joints and radiocarpal articulation, higher durability of graft fixation in a bed of damaged bone fragments, reduced time of graft adhesion and restored functions of forearm bones, reduced risk of postoperative graft suppuration and sequestration.
