FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, devices for recovery of the vertebral column bearing function; can be used at unstable compression comminuted fractures of vertebral. SUBSTANCE: the endoprosthesis-distractor has body 1 with cylindrical threaded duct 2 accommodating sleeve 3 for axial movement; threaded rod 5 is installed in internal threaded duct 4 of sleeve 4. Installed on the ends of threaded rod 5 and body 1 are detachable bearing platforms 6 and 7, which have acute prongs 8 and 9 for fixation in the osseous tissue of the vertebra. Upper bearing platform 6 has hole 10 in the center, lower bearing platform 7 has boss 11 in the center directed to the opposite side from prongs 9, boss 11 is installed in the cavity on the end face of body 1. On the external surfaces of body 1, sleeve 3 and rod 5 provision is made for through holes 12, which are used for relative rotation of components of the endoprosthesis-distractor and for installation of cotter-pins. EFFECT: enhanced stabilization of vertebral column, with maintaining of swinging and rotary motions between vertebral without disturbing the osseous structure of vertebra. 3 dwg
