FIELD: medicine for transport immobilization of upper extremity. SUBSTANCE: the splint for immobilization of upper extremity uses successively connected hand segment, radiocarpal segment in the form of a window and forearm bed with side limiting shoulders, protective shield and adjusting elements. The splint is made of a scalene module. The protective shield is made in the form of a U-shaped shield and installed in the region of the hand and radiocarpal segments. The adjusting elements are secured on the protective shield. The protective shield has a window in the lateral part of the U-shaped shield. The adjusting elements are made in the form of ears with links or flexible supports. The flexible support is made in the form of a base or curved truncal segment.
