FIELD: medical engineering; immobilization of pelvis. SUBSTANCE: transportation splint includes base 1 carrying femurrest, shinrest, solerest and torso cradle composed of parallel, interconnected ladder splints of which extreme ones are bent around their longitudinal axes towards middle ones. Base is provided with torso cradle, shock absorbers and detents interconnected by damper links and heel support member which in cross-section is shaped as either split ring or triangle. Heel support member is connected to torso cradle by damper links. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 4 dwg
