FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing vitreotome nozzle through the flat part of ciliary body after performing anterior vitrectomy, forming peripheral coloboma of the iris of the eye through which cannula is introduced and its nozzle is placed between the lenticular equator and the ciliar processes in the Zinn ligament zone. Then filler being liquid organo-perfluoric compound or visityl is introduced till anterior hyaloid membrane is set aside and is removed together with the filler a little bit later through the same vitrectomic access. EFFECT: prevented postoperative traumatic complications. 4 dwg
