FISHING TACKLE Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: hooks with bait are connected by fishing lines with automatic hook setters which have flexible sticks secured by one end on floating platform provided with perforated housing (container) with bait for attracting the fish. Fitted on other end of corresponding stick is flag (indicator) and hook by means of which flag can be fixed on corresponding ring located on platform perimeter and play the part of spring for setting the hook when fish bites the bait. Platform is connected with fisherman by cord. Each stick can be made in form of metal spring installed with preload. Tackle can be furnished with reels installed on sticks. EFFECT: increased yield owing to increased number of hook-and-line riggings, up to five; possibility of fishing without attendance of fisherman. 3 cl, 11 dwg
