SUBSTANCE: device has high frequency generator and amplifier, low frequency and tuned amplifiers, receiver and loud-speaker and additionally introduced amplitude limiter, frequency detector, rectifier, integrating unit, comparator unit, circuit for forming microcycles, the first pulse generator, reversed counting circuit, the second pulse generator, the first counter set, the second counter set, coincidence circuit, photodetector display, frequency multiplier, power supply source with stabilizing unit. The amplitude limiter is connected in series with the frequency detector, rectifier, integrating unit, comparator unit, circuit for forming microcycles, which output is connected with the first pulse generator input, the first pulse generator output is connected with the second counter set through the reversed counting circuit and coincidence circuit. The second pulse generator output is connected with the coincidence circuit input through the second counter set and with the first pulse generator input.
