SUBSTANCE: cesium frequency standard has quantum discriminator built around atom-beam tube using atoms of 133 Cs, amplifier, controlled crystal oscillator, frequency multiplier, frequency mixer, frequency synthesizer, integrator, and adder; newly introduced are synchronous detector, comparator, amplitude detector, voltage-to-frequency changer, synchronizing unit, first and second reversing counters, first and second digital-to-analog converters, and voltage divider.
