The casing working surfaces are adjacent to the hinged members working surfaces and have curvature corresponding to them. Distance between the centers of curvature of the hinged members is equal to L = R2-R1 - D, where R1 and R2 are the hinged members radii, D is the casing thickness on the line connecting the hinged members rotation centers.
