FIELD: mining industry; reloading from transport of one type to another. SUBSTANCE: device has handling equipment and near-hopper platform arranged at different levels. Sides of platform are arranged at different levels over ground. Device has sectional supports, beams, roadway plate, guard railing and stop for rear wheels of dump truck. Platform is secured relative to ground of upper level by means of flat body anchored in upper level ground. Road-way plate is covered with resilient mat. Placed on roadway plate across and along platform are side blocks and truss with brackets at sides fixed on side blocks and draining material of covering. Stop for rear wheels of dump truck is secured on truss brackets with clearance left along end face of platform to let pass pushed off spilled material. Thickness of coating is chosen to provide equal coefficients of cross mounting of all beams of roadbed. EFFECT: increased mobility by increasing inertial mass. 3 dwg
