FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rod- type component with unit to excite vibrations of vertical oscillations at upper part and extension in lower part. The latter is made in the form of plates interconnected in their upper part. One plate is parallel to axis of rod-type component and fastened to it. Another plate is installed at acute angle to it and provided with additional pair of plates installed at acute angle in each pair and facing each other. Spacing between ends of the plates is equal or more than three size of minimum lump of filler. EFFECT: high quality.
