FIELD: oil, gas production. SUBSTANCE: tool 1 has tubular hollow and preferentially cylindrical case with two chambers 12, 14 separated by tube 9 being compressed. The said tool has outer tube 2 made in the form of cylinder able to withstand pressure in the tank. Block 13 forming sealed chamber for sample 12 and chamber 14 for counter pressure environment are placed inside outer tube 2. Chamber 14 is formed by holding down tube 9 to internal U-shaped surface 10. When sampling volume of chamber 12 increases and volume of chamber 14 decreases respectively. Complete separation of the sample and environment is provided using flexible tube 9 preventing diffusion. So gas/liquid sample will represent gas/liquid of involved tank.
