FIELD: weighing machines. SUBSTANCE: device has tank 1 with upper chamber 2 and lower chamber 4. Fluidizing unit, which is designed as fluidized-bed tarpaulin wall 3, is mounted in lower or bottom part of upper chamber 2. Lower chamber 4 is connected to air source through pipe 5. Tank has inlet hole 6 for entrance of powder material from supplying tank or receiving funnel 8 to upper chamber 2. In addition tank 1 has outlet hole 7 for dumping chamber 2. At least one fluidizing channel or pipe 9 is mounted between supplying tank 8 and tank 1. Said fluidizing channel 9 has fluidized-bed wall or tarpaulin 11, which is connected to air source through pipe 12. Chamber 2 is loaded and dumped by means of solenoid valves 13 and 14, which are located in pipe 3 for tank 1 and in pipe 12 for channel 9, correspondingly. Mode of operations for solenoid valves is controlled by PLS regulator or processor in order to supply channel 9 and tank 1 with air according to program, which determines duration and frequency.
