SUBSTANCE: AC voltage is applied to a variable-capacitance transducer, using a central electrode with a dielectric coating, 0.4-to 0.6-mm thick, dependence of transducer current signal on water content in the mixture for the water-oil mixture of the given type is determined, calibration chart is plotted. The transducer is placed in the mixture under check, and the current signal is measured; using the valve of this signal, water content in the mixture under check is determined by reference to the calibration chart. In the region of emulsion transition the ends of the curves on the calibration chart are connected by a straight line. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
