Selected dust-like fractions are trapped in enclosed vessel and subjected to mechanical action to produce finely dispersed powder with specific surface area of at least 5000 cm²/g. Device has crushing and screening apparatus in the form of remotely controlled unit provided with hydropneumatic striking mechanism. Device also has hermetic module connected with system of separating dust-like fractions and provided with facility for turning these fractions into finely dispersed powder.
