FIELD: radar engineering. SUBSTANCE: micron-size glass spheres and current-conducting fibers are uniformly distributed in insulating binder in the form of product of spontaneous polymerization of acrylamide in the environment of crystalline hydrates of metal nitrates out series Ca (II), Cr(III), Bi(III), No2(II), Er(III), Zn(II), Ni(II). Molar proportion of acrylamide/metal nitrate and quantity of micron-size glass spheres are given in description of invention. EFFECT: reduced probability of radar detection.
