FIELD: flour milling industry branch, namely systems for automatic feed of products for flour milling roll-type machine with mechanical sensitive member, apparatus for feeding product with adjustable drive means for feeding rolls and with engagement and disengagement of milling rolls. SUBSTANCE: system for controlling flour milling machine with four or eight rolls includes apparatus for feeding product and means for energizing and deenergizing milling rolls having common mechanical sensitive member. Such system is also provided with two pickups for forming digital and analog signals and for controlling energization and deenergization of milling rolls and regulating efficiency of metering process by changing revolution number of feeding roll or by changing quantity of product being fed. Method for controlling flour milling machine with four or eight rolls comprises step of controlling product feed in dependance upon quantity of product being fed.
